We are delighted with our new kitchen that was recently designed and installed by East Grinstead Bathrooms and Kitchens.
The designing process went smoothly, enabled us to explore the options which made best use of the space we have available, ensured our requirements were met and also incorporated our own ideas into the final plan.Installation was efficiently carried out with first-class attention to detail & the installation team were excellent – working well both as a team and as individuals. The guys were courteous, respectful, amiable and a pleasure to have in our home. They were collectively very skilled in plastering, carpentry, electrics, tiling, plumbing and all aspects of the work required to install our perfect kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble for them, answering our questions as the project progressed, being flexible and thoughtful to our needs, working hard each day and ‘going the extra mile’ so that we were completely happy with all aspects of the work. They even tidied up the partially installed kitchen and left us with hot and cold water (plus a temporary sink) at the end of each working day!
We would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to… Ian for his designing expertise, the team in the showroom (especially Keith) who allowed us to borrow samples and invited us to call in at any time to discuss the project, those who managed the project (Ian and James) and the talented guys who did all the hard work of creating our dream kitchen – so a big shout out in particular to James and Lee (what stars they are!) and also to Bob and Mark.

After looking around I finally found a showroom with helpful and knowledgeable staff, They help me create a wonderful Shower room and Kitchen maximising the usable space. 10 out of 10.
East Grinstead Bathrooms and Kitchens have recently completed a kitchen and utility room refit for us and we couldn’t be happier. The staff in the shop are helpful, especially Claire in helping to put together colour schemes and materials. The guys doing the installation were brilliant too. Their craft work was second to none and where any unexpected challenges were thrown up they dealt with them quickly and efficiently. We wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.
Great local independent, they supplied us with fantastic high end quality products. Excellent service and quick turnaround. Worth a visit to their fully stocked showroom. Highly recommend purchasing from these guys, we had an issue with a cracked toilet not their fault, they exchanged no questions asked the same day. Sometimes it’s not always best buying the cheapest you can find online it’s about the after sales service you will receive at a competitive rate. Support the local independent shops, I shopped around and they were happy to get close and match most prices. We will be a returning customer when the time comes.

We had our bathroom supplied and fitted by these guys, they did a great job and the service we received was amazing. Would recommend, and will use them again in the future.
Sometimes even with meticulous planning major refurbishments to your old house such as a kitchen can throw up unexpected problems. I cant speak highly enough of Bill and his team, who displayed a level of dedication and professionalism rarely seen these days. They saved me thousands of pounds whilst adapting and resolving unforeseen issues. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Last summer we decided to replace our bathroom and so went on a tour of the local Bathroom Showrooms. We had the choice of spending a lot of money on ‘ordinary’ sanitary and bath ware or just spending a lot of money. EGB and K gave us the choices and options no one else could offer us. It was never too much trouble to ask for anything or take something home to see what it looked like in our surroundings. The staff are so helpful and very knowledgeable of the products that they sell. Prices are very competitive with anywhere else you may care to look. I have just asked for a quote from EGB and K for replacing the items in our downstairs cloakroom as there’s no point wasting time by looking elsewhere.
EGB&K have recently supplied and installed two bathrooms. The experience from initial discussion to completion was excellent. The staff are knowledgeable of the products available and very helpful. The installation team do everything they can to ensure they install the products exactly how the customer requires even if this creates extra work for them. This has resulted in two very high quality bathrooms which I am very pleased with. I have no hesitation in recommending EGB&K to others.
Very friendly and helpful team who helped us completely redesign our bathroom, providing us with ideas and solutions to problems, even helping with the co-ordination of wall and floor finishes. They offer a wide range of good quality products so there was plenty for us to choose from and everything was delivered on time. We are delighted with our finished bathroom and going back now for our next project !
Very friendly and helpful staff who understand what you want. Wish I had brought all my required fittings from them previously as I have recently had to replace items that clearly were not good quality when I had bought more locally. Would definitely now make the extra journey for better quality, advice and service.
Recently brought a complete bathroom suite, including flooring. Found staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the best solution for a difficult plan. Nothing is too much trouble and not pushy. Allowed me to take samples home for colour matching etc. Prices competitive as obtained 2 other quotes. Large selection of colours and products. Thoroughly recommended!
